What we built and why.

I was running a business alone. Not a startup — a real business with clients, deliverables, strategy, marketing, operations, finance. One person doing all of it.

I was using AI. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — all of them. And they were good for individual tasks. Write this email. Debug this code. Summarize this document.

But they couldn't run the business. They didn't remember yesterday's context. They didn't proactively spot problems. They didn't coordinate across functions. Every conversation started from zero.

What I needed wasn't a better chatbot. I needed a team.
