Setting Up Automations
Automations let your AI team work without you having to ask. Set triggers, define actions, and let The Architect run them on schedule.
Trigger types Time-based: "Every Monday morning, David Park runs a weekly summary." Event-based: "When a new lead comes in, Sofia creates a welcome email." Data-based: "When my revenue drops below target, James flags it immediately."
Building an automation Open the Automations panel from your dashboard. Click "New Automation." Choose a trigger, assign a team member, and define the action. Preview the output before activating.
Common automations Daily briefing: The Architect summarizes overnight activity every morning at 8am. Weekly report: James Whitfield compiles financials every Friday. Content calendar: Sofia Rivera drafts 3 social posts every Monday for your review. Competitive intel: Liam Fitzgerald monitors competitor announcements weekly.
Approval workflows High-stakes automations require your approval before execution. The Architect sends you a preview with an approve/reject option. Set your approval threshold in Automation Settings.
Editing and pausing All automations can be paused, edited, or deleted from the Automations panel. Paused automations keep their settings and can be resumed at any time.
