Billing FAQ

When am I charged? Monthly subscriptions are charged on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year.

What payment methods are accepted? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Can I get a refund? We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions. Contact support@athelm.ai within 7 days of your first charge.

Is there a free trial? During pre-launch, all founding members get full access while we build toward the official launch. Post-launch, there will be a 7-day trial for new subscribers.

What happens if my payment fails? We'll retry 3 times over 5 days. You'll receive email notifications. If all retries fail, your account will be paused (data preserved) until payment is updated.

How do I update my payment method? Go to Account → Billing → Payment Method. You can update or replace your card at any time.

Do prices include tax? Prices shown are exclusive of tax. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location.
