AI responses are slow? Peak usage times may cause slight delays. Premium subscribers get priority queue access. Try again in a few moments.
Studio features not working? Ensure your browser is up to date. Clear browser cache if visual issues occur.
Data not syncing? Your data lives on your server instance. If you're seeing stale data, refresh the page or log out and back in.
Waitlist spot not confirmed? Check your spam folder. We send confirmation emails from no-reply@athelm.ai.
