Managing Your Subscription

Your Athelm subscription is managed from Account Settings.

Viewing your plan Click your avatar in the top-right corner, then go to Account → Subscription. You'll see your current plan, renewal date, and usage summary.

Upgrading Click "Upgrade" to move from Standard to Premium. You'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. Premium features unlock instantly.

Downgrading You can downgrade at the end of your current billing period. Your data and settings are preserved. Premium features (like custom domains and watermark-free outputs) will be disabled at renewal.

Pre-launch pricing If you joined during pre-launch, your price is locked forever as long as your subscription stays active. Cancelling and resubscribing at any time will move you to current pricing. Your locked rate is shown in Account Settings.

Cancellation Cancel anytime from Account Settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. After that, you enter a 30-day data retention window before your data is deleted.
