When you log in for the first time, The Architect greets you and kicks off onboarding.

Meeting your C-Suite Each team member introduces themselves with a short video message. Marcus Chen (CTO) goes first, followed by Sofia Rivera (CMO), James Whitfield (CFO), David Park (COO), and Liam Fitzgerald (CSO).

The intake interview After introductions, The Architect runs a brief intake — asking about your business, goals, and biggest current challenge. Your answers shape the Master Plan.

The Board Meeting Once intake is complete, The Architect calls a Board Meeting. All five C-Suite members present their initial findings and proposed first-90-day plan. You review, ask questions, and approve.

Ongoing conversations After onboarding, you can chat with any team member directly using the @ mention system. Type @Marcus to talk to your CTO, @Sofia for your CMO, or just message The Architect to get routed automatically.
